10 years building the human side of transformation. Driving GenAI adoption and change strategy at EY — and independently building AI products that explore what AI-human interaction can become.
Most GenAI rollouts fail in the last mile — the human one.
Trust gaps, fear of replacement, and ambiguity around value are not edge cases — they're the norm. Technology lands. People stall. The gap between deployment and adoption is where most transformations die.
02
Fear of replacement is a change problem, not a technology problem.
You cannot engineer your way out of role insecurity. Addressing it requires deliberate narrative design, honest communication, and safe spaces for experimentation — long before a single model is deployed.
03
The gap between experimentation and production is where adoption dies.
Users who play with AI in sandboxes rarely carry that behaviour into real workflows. Bridging that gap — with enablement, relevance, and low-friction integration — is the hardest and most underrated part of GenAI adoption.
04
The right levers are behavioural and organisational — not just technical.
My strength lies in identifying what actually drives or blocks GenAI adoption at scale — and designing the right mix of strategy, communication, training, and stakeholder engagement to make it real, usable, and lasting.
